Mike holds a master’s degree in Performance Improvement has over 20 years’ experience in sales, leadership, and training. He has experience leading teams up to 25 employees in size. Mike's work experience consists of U.S. Army - 22 years, Cox Communications - 8 years, and Vyve Broadband. He strives to be the example for others as a servant leader.
Mike has retired after serving 22 years in the U.S. Army. He has been married for 28 years and has 2 daughters. He made the choice, with his wife, to retire from U.S. Army, to provide stability for his daughters, instead of moving his family during his daughter's last years of high school. He likes process and analyzing processes. He views all sides and thinks holistically about changes.
Mike holds fast to the values he learned growing up and from the U.S. Army - Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. He has demonstrates these in everything he does.

Aaron holds a master’s degree in Adult Education and has over 25 years’ experience in sales, leadership, and training. He has experience leading teams up to 185 employees in size. Aaron’s work experience consists of Cox Communications - 20 years, Wells Fargo Bank – 5 years, and World Classrooms. His positive energy helps others eliminate limiting beliefs.
Aaron has three children and has been married for 13 years. He can be found volunteering on the weekend or enjoying one of the many activities that his children have going on. Traveling, riding trains, and experiencing new places is a hobby of theirs.
Aaron values servant leadership and believes in others. He understands that most people wake up and want to succeed at their profession, strong leaders help support and guide them to that success thru process.
